Use the original game case and scan it. You should have the original since the only legal way to make a backup is doing it with Games that you own.

i used cdcovers.cc for ps2 games, I haven't had a chance to try a Wii backup yet, waiting on my supplies, but I know that Cd Covers had some I browsed a few earlier...
