Have a new 6100 on prepaid service. Cannot properly interpret many of instructions in manual. Looks like tech writer could not translate to understandable english. the wording does not seem to flow and many steps do no work. Customer serv rep could not help. Is this normal, or is it me? This looks like a great website, but I think it may be too hi tech for me. Is there a site somewhere that might help with things like how to delete a JPG image from Gallery?, or a standard way close the menu. etc,etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
