This is an intermittent problem I get during H2 play.(Thats all I play lately) I was hoping someone else has seen this and found the culprit. It usually happens after I've been playing a while. While in system link mode and changing maps, I get the "unable to load maps" message. It will go away after several reboots. My thoughts are :

1. Its the DVD drive - Thompson - (most likely the problem)
2. My Duo2 mod chip has a cold solder joint - (?)
3. My backups(I have 2) of Halo 2 are going bad - (doubtful)
4. Time for a 360 :)

I've searched the forum to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
