I CANNOT GET NO SOUND BACK ON MY COMPUTER I TRIED A SPEAKER TEST AND THATS OK BUT THERES NO SOUND ON MY INTERNET OR MY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER,I TRIED A SOUND TEST BUT IT KEPT SAYING (ERROR SOUND TEST COULD NOT PLAY BECAUSE MY SOUND CARD MAY BE IN USE) CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME.
Please do not use caps, it is against the forum rules. Go to your device manager and try to update your drivers. If that does not work, please let us know what sound card you are using.

Click on the Start icon in the lower left portion of your screen, then click on the Control Panel icon, then click on the System icon, then on Hardware, then on Device Manager.
Next, click on the + to the left of Sound, video game controllers. Then right click on the icon for your video card, then on Update drivers.
You will have needed to download the drivers from the manufactures website, first.
I think that you may have issues with viruses, malware, or spyware. I would suggest that you get a computer savy friend to help you with your issues.
