1.Can anyone tell me why my computer can't run MGS DVD PC version and it can run Halo CE properly?

2.Is this a crappy computer?

1) Do you have a DVD Drive?
2) Kinda, yes.
3) Probably not. If it can, it will run terribly.

The graphics card is pretty icky, (I have the same on my laptop) and you have practically *no* memory.
