Hi
I need help for my dvd player. When I insert dish in it say disk laoding for a while and then it say no disk.
I try all dvd movies I had and all of then are say the same thing
Check your owner's manual. It should tell you how to reset the player to factory settings. It may be in the troubleshooting area. If you can't find how, email Phillips and ask them.

Yes, they can't help me at all.
They tell me to go to the service place to fix
When I play with manu I go to general setup and I see Disc Lock
and program, but I can't access. It would not let me select these two options
