Philips SPD2413BD Won't Rip

I just purchased a Philips SPD2413BD 20x DVD + - RW from newegg to replace a no-name burner that's been giving me problems. I just installed it and it wont rip my dvd's. I'm running AnyDVD and using either DVD Shrink or CloneDVD and I get the following error when I try to rip.
Failed to read file "E\"
Copy protection error - the read failed because the sector is encrypted.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
