I got a Sansa e250 a few days ago, and everything works fine, I transferred music files with no problem at all.

I tried to put a video on my mp3 and I converted too to a mpeg file and AVI, but not using Sansa converter. I dragged and dropped the video and when I opened the video folder on the sansa, it showed the video in there. When I turned on my sansa to watch it, nothing came up. What's the problem?

Also, I downloaded the sansa converter cd, but it won't show that my mp3 is connected. How do I fix that?
