I have updated my computer software of the program and when I go to back up my pokemon game save it says game cart not present, although it is. I have had these problems before but I haven't used the Max drive for a while so I forgot how it works. I really need to fix this problem in order to use Pokésav plz help.

again it is saying Game cart not present when I go to backup the game...
