You'll need to remove the xboxlive files from the iso so that it can fit on DVD5. Extract the iso contents using Qwix.

Use imgburn to burn your final iso using the slowest speed possible.

Remove these files and folder.
dashupdate.xbe
downloader.xbe
update.xbe
/media

Then just create a the new iso using Qwix and burn.

Yes, remove the media folder. That folder is located where dashupdate.xbe, downloader.xbe, update.xbe are found. Dont delete other folders. You need to create the new iso using qwix. Your new iso will be compiled and formatted. Dont try using a recording program to create the iso, if you do your game will hang. You need to create the new iso using qwix. Burn your iso using Imgburn, its a freeware recording program.

Heres a more detailed guide with pics. Just skip burning with Nero and use imgburn instead.

You cant delete files from the iso. In order to modify it you need to extract its contents then delete the mentioned files from the files you have extracted. Then create a new iso from the files you extracted and have now modified.
