Is there any way to play your music on the wii from your sd card.

If this was answered already sorry. The search engine in afterdawn is werd I get errors after clicking on a search.

As it is out of the box only the photo channel and the game excite truck can play music off SD card. The other way is to use your PC on your network to be a server for music which you can play through the internet channel on the wii.

In photo channel run the slide show go settigns then Music and there should be all the pre installed stuff like
"Calm"
"Fun"
EtC
ETC
but under it you should have ur Mp3's they musrt be in mp3 format not wma and select teh song and listen to it.

The only game I know that you can do that is excite truck theirs videos on youtube about it.

this really sucks because all nintendo have to do is enable it in the game which they dont want to do there really holding teh wii back at teh moment if they dont start allowing things the sales will go stale like gcn sales from 2001-2006 i mean simple things that they arent doing right like:
USB support
MP3 Player-Full one
Games with Mp3 music allowed
Online gaming.
All these things are there just not being used.
