WiiConnect24 Not working.

Hi, I just got my Wii modded with a WiiKey.

I couldn't get WiiConnect24 to work.
I set up my wireless connect just find, preformed a system update (end up i already have the latest firmware)

When I turn on my WiiConnect24, and go to the Forecast channel it said my Wiiconnect 24 is turned off.

When I turn off my WiiConnect24, and go to the Forecase, it said My Wiiconnect 24 is not on, and gave me a error code.

Note: When WiiConnect24 is On, there were no error code, just a message saying connect24 is turned off

Anyone know how to fix this?
*Tried the search option, no result.

the problem happens when the system battery is taken out with WiiConnect24 is still turned on
