hmm could i just downgrade from 3.40 to something else and then upgrade???

i was just wondering, since i have upgraded my firmware to 3.40(normal sony upgrade) by accident, can i just downgrade to something other than 1.50 and then use an upgrader to 3.03(if there is one) and then downgrade to 1.50 and then upgrade to 3.40 OE? or if there is a downgrader to 3.03 that would make life a whole lot easier. so can someone help me? thank you. :)

No, then what would be the point of a new downgrader if you could just downgrade anyway...
