I have AC3 384Kbps 6ch 48KHz. Is it possible to convert it to AAC 6ch 48KHz?

Tried besweet but produces mp4 6ch 24KHz 257Kbps.
Tried dbpoweramp music converter but it seems it can't recognise AC3 files and I can't make it recognise them. I downloaded the appropriate directshow decoder installed it but nothing happened.

Plz is there any way?
