when i burn an audio cd from an mp3 on my hard drive it skips but when i copy disc to disc it's fine. can anyone help please

well what software are you using to view and burn the disc with, try putting in a blank disc opening mycomputer> the open the drive with the disc and drag and drop all the songs in it> then select the option to the write of the windows that says "write these files to cd", that should make the playback no problem, or you can reinstall your drives for the burner drive

i have 2 different writers. a pioneer 112 and 107. tried using Nero 6 and 7 but it still skips. works fine copying dvds and data discs. i'll try what you suggested
