I am using Azureus to download a torrent and it has ben slow from the start. not it has gotten to 85.9% and stopped downloading. I looked at my peer swarm map and it shows EVERYONE with the same problem. they are all at 85.9 and sitting there. i am currently connected to 34 peers and ZERO seeds. is this torrent doomed to never finish downloading

If there are no seeds, you won't continue past the current point. You'll have to wait for a seed to come along or a more likely scenario is that it is a fake that will never finish. Check to see if it has ever been completed.

Then some of the peers you're connected will eventually complete but meanwhile you may be uploading a tremendous amount. I would turn my upload rate way down or even pause things while the other peers downloaded something to upload.
