Hey ppl! does the wii support original or backup JAP Games?

does it support original or backup JAP games or both because i know a store next to my place says that it supports all backup games EXCEPT for naruto shippuden?
Is he mistaken or right and does the naruto backup works on the wii?

wow...search a little. WITH a modchip, the Wii will support both the US and Japanese NTSF format games. Actually it will support a bit more than that, but definately those two for sure. But yes, there are some that don't work properly like Naruto (the last remaining chip to be tested with it is Wiid, but it seems doubtful).
