obviously the Wii's graphics dont compare to the PS3 and 360. But how about the PS2, Xbox, etc. From your experiences how do game re-releases to the Wii stack up to previous systems. I personally dont know cuz the only game I've played on another console is Madden.

A few titles off the top of my head would be.

Scarface
Godfather
Madden
Need for Speed
Resident Evil
Tiger Woods 07

Granted scarface and resident evil arnt out yet I'm sure there are some people that have seen clips online or maybe have a copy of Biohazard.

Ive played Woods 07 and Madden 07 on PS2 and didn't really notice a difference in graphics.

I haven't seen any games with FFX-ish graphics on wii yet.. I haven't played all the games so I don't know. Legend of Zelda was close but not quite there.

I have never been very concerned with the way graphics look. The best graphics in the world don't make up for crappy game play. Biohazard 4 looks a little better than the ps2/gamecube version. Madden looks about the same as the xbox version. Zelda looks pretty good.

I would say that since the graphics processor is almost exactly the same graphics processor as the Gamecube that it would be less powerful than that of the xbox or PS2.

However, having said that, I side with the other posts on whether graphics come into play or not.

Let me sum it with this statement.

I have:

1 xbox 1
1 PS2
1 Gamecube
1 Playstation 2
1 Playstation 3
1 Xbox 360
2 PSP's
3 Nintendo DS's
1 Nintendo Wii

Guess which one I play... Nintendo Wii. You wanna know why? Because it's actually fun! Not to say that the others aren't fun but the wii is the funnest out of all of those systems.

By the way, I'm not bragging about my systems I was just illustrating a point. I have 5 kids so they keep me busy with the gaming systems.

y'all are completely missing my point of this thread. I'm just asking what y'all think about graphics of games on different consoles. I know the gameplay on the Wii is awesome, thats why I have a Wii. Just trying to see what y'all think of the grpahics compared to last gen systems.

Didn't I just answer your question. Read my post.

I said that the wii's graphics are WORSE than the xbox 1 and PS 2.

After I said that I told you that it doesn't matter.
