I am getting a Japanese wii with the wiikey. (It isn't the japanese wii with the anti-modchip motherboard)

I am wondering since it is coming with a genuine wiikey, will all region games work. For example, if i rent a game from Blockbuster, will it work on my wii.

I understand that both the Japanese wii and USA wii games are NTSC, right?

No! Not both Japanese and US wii games are NTSC! The US Wii Games are NTSC, and the Japanese Wii Games are NTSC-J!
