So I have a Scandisk - Sansa m230. I got a new CD today and wanted to add music to my Sansa, but I decided to just empty out the entire mp3 player and start over. So I plugged in my player the same was I always do and deleted all of the files out of the folder that came up. Then I went through my computer and added new files until I had used up the 512MB. I unplugged the mp3 player, the player stated that it was redoing the library (the same message as always) and when I went to play music it was the exact same files as from before. So I tried a different way to delete/add the music, once again the same exact files. It wouldn't add any of my new files, and wouldn't delete any of the old ones. Now I am stuck with the same songs. Also, for some reason as I was deleting - the computer would tell me I was deleting 7 files (or however many I had selected) and then the files would remain in the folder? Also some started appearing in the folder twice! Help????
