hello there
I got this new mp3 and mp4 player and it is not apple some generic brand.
I have been trying to find out how to download mp3 songs to it but no luck. I am new to this please help.

my questions are:

what software do I need to use to download music, I allready have mp3 songs in my computer.

It is connected to my pc and it is recognized. there were no additional software with the package.

please help

When you plug it in and go to "My Computer" does it show there?
Can you not simply copy .mp3 files to it?
