Well, depends what you wanna do on it for how you use. It's the same as any other firmware except for more capabilities. And on 3.40 OE-A you can play all the newest games, play backup games off the memory stick, customize your psp menu, play psx games without a ps3, homebrew. There are alot of features compared to regular firmware.
