question whats the difference between Nero 7 premium reloaded?why do
the Nero folks keep doing this??its so confusing to this 54 year olds brain.

It's just a marketing thing - premium reloaded is a europe etc name and ultra enhanced is US name.
One diff that I can think of is ultra has lightscribe where premium has label flash. Both I think are roughly the same - the ability to etch an image a disc if the drive & media support it.
