This tool patches Wii ISOs to disable firmware updates from running off the disc, thus preventing bricking when running the ISO on a different region Wii. Requires NET Framework 2.0.

The program seems to work well but I wouldn't trust it 100%

You should still keep the Wii up to date with the latest firmware it is still the safest way to go when playing out of region game disc on your Wii.
