Need help reconizing mod chip??

Hi, I'm new at this and I need some help.
I have a ps2 (SCPH-39001) I believe is a v7. I tried to play pro evolution soccer 2007 online but it gave me a DNAS error becuase of my mod chip, I been reading about the mod chips but my problem is that I do not know which one I have. I bought my ps2 whit the chip already installed and the only thing I found it was a mr5 sticker on top of two screws. I open my ps2 but since I don't know much about it I Stopped.To read the burned dvds I have to re-boot my ps2 twice.

Can some one help me please???

and it does not give me any messages on the screen like Matrix or Toxic or anything like that.

well, there are really too many chips out there to take a guess just on the way it boots games. There are several that have the same or similar boot modes. The only way to know for sure is to open it up and find the chip. Then write down all the information on it.

If that game you want to play really means that much to you that is. But in order to give you instructions on how to disable it (if it can be disabled at all) people will have to know exactly what chip it is.

this list i made is old now, but you could always try a few different disable methods and see if any will work for you.

Thanks for the help I'm going to open my ps2 to find out what nod chip I have and if I still don't know which one i have I'll take some pictures.

I opened my ps2 and this words where on my modchip Mars action m101 - t10.

Can someone tell me how to disable it??
