I am currently using the lite-on dvd burner. I updated it using flash. I have made several copies of games with good downloads and yet they all can't be read by my Wii.

I am using WiiKey that is NTSC-USA compatible. My downloads are also the same.

I burn at 2X using IMGBurn. My dvd burner is rather old, however should that be a problem? Has anyone else burned Wii games on a lite-on and had this problem?

I know they are not the best burners, but I mean come on! lol.

Please let me know what you think!

No. But the thing is that my friend burnt games off for me on his new computer system and put in my chip for me and THOSE games work fine. It is only when I burn them off. My procedure of burning is EXACTLY what you guys are doing, I just think it may be my burner. Perhaps it is not meant for highly detailed games or it may just be old. My model is around 3-4 years old.

I just burnt a setup disc and it didnt load, yet the games my friend made for me load. So it is setup, I still have no idea why the heck it just wont read the games that I make for it. BAH! It is so frustrating!

ya well he tends to charge, that's what really sucks about the whole deal. He IS my friend though...it's an odd relationship.

Any other ideas?
