Any success with (PROMiNENT) Big Brain Academy NTSC-U working on PAL Wii's? GBATemp.net does not sound hopeful: (NTSC-U -> PAL)

Big Brain Academy Wii Degree (PROMiNENT):
Recognizes disc, locks up on load and risk of "bricking" if Wii is not fully up to date and online (with firmware v2.2E)

You just have to update your Wii before playing the Game! If you don't, then the update Will Brick your Wii! So make sure that you just have the latest firmware (2.2U, 2.2E, 2.2J)!

No it is not compatible with PAL Region Wii's

Just follow the compatibility guide you refereed to above. It is always spot on with what games will work and won't.
