i never knew i had to pay attention to this but, when I use IMGBurn/DVD decrypter, i thought it was natural for the two buffer stats to fluctuate.
i burn at 2x and the 4GB games take about 30mins to burn.
i thought this was normal, but am i supposed to change some settings with IMGburn to keep these buffer %s down?

Have you tried playing them? Do they work? truth is if there working then don't worry about it. Your pc uses resources in the background which may be causing the fluctuation. I ensure there is nothing running that will take up a lot of memory. If your using the right media, burning at a decent speed and are not running anything that will suck up your resources then you shouldn't have any issues.
