Problem with folders on MP3 player

I have recently bought a Matsui MAT 110MR MP3 player. When i bought it iw as told that music could be organised into folders. I have tried adding music in different folders but it does not work. All of the songs are just displayed in the same place. I need to be able to use folders really because i have about 450 songs so i cant go through them looking for what i want.
I have looked for help on the internet and seen that alot of other people have had the same problem but i cannot find a solution.

I would really appreciate some help.

Did you try contacting the manufacturer? Try that. If you recently bought it they should provide you with free support.
