cant burn with nero anymore

ok heres what's happning i have burned movies before useing Nero and now i cant it will transcode or something like that then it wont burn why is that... my dvd says its a multi recorder but i have been useing dvd - and it says on the side of the burner dvd+ but i have got movies to burn before on the disc.... all the videos are AVI so what am i doing worng please help

Go to location supplied. Locate log...highlight and then drag it into the Message box , click post reply and thats it
or you can hit control C and then control V (drag and drop or cut and paste)

so what i do is i go into my hard drive to the folder called program files then i click that but what do i paste there...

Once you have located the history log...highlight it and the cut and paste into the Message box ....the one where you POST your messages at AD

ok u know how it goes Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory i can only get to a folder core where is Nero history...? and where do i find my history log or what not..

ok here is where i am C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core now in core there is no folder that says NeroHistory.. is there something i should look for?

If you have EVER used Nero before then there should be a file.
If there is no file there then I am unable to help further...sorry
