Can't find drives!!!

I have 2 Pioneer DVD-RW DVR111D drives on my computer and they worked at one time but now everytime I open Prassi I get a message that says "no compatable drives have been found on this computer" but they work in other applications. I also tried hitting the "rescan buses" but it doesn't help. But if I do a Device Manager, they are both there and working. I love the program but now to do a simple thing like copy a cd, I have to use windows media. Somebody please help me!!!!!

alright go back into the device manager and update the drives, you can also do a system restore point, find the closest date to when you had the problem, if you have installed any new burning software it may be inter fearing with the drives, so uninstall it and see if that helps
