Can't extract files from ISO

Just bought Nero Premium 7 (ver. 7.9.6.0) and can't find a way to extract individual files from an ISO image and burn them to disc. This was very easy to do with Roxio ("Create CD from image file"), but no where can I find in the maze of Nero manuals an easy way to do this.

Can someone please help me out with this?

If you are using Nero Vision 4,
Make DVD > DVD Video > Add Video Files,'Files of Type' > from the drop down menu, 'All Files *.*' will show the ISO.
