Ulead dvd factory 6, keeps coverting my files??

I have made a holiday video (dv) encoded it with
cce encoder, now trying to author it with dvd factory
because it as some really samrt menu's but it keeps
converting my files when there is know need.
I have checked the box which says do not covert
compliant mpeg files, but it still does them.
As anyone had same problem?
