I thought it was only possible to put one wii game per disc?
I know you can put upto 15 GC games on a disc..

This was what made me think it's possible

Or does that just mean GC games for use IN the wii?

you can have more than one GC game on a disc? How do choose which one to boot then?

Use GCMUtility to shrink the isos smaller
and then use make-multi to put them all onto one iso

Hoh and to answer your question.
There is a boot menu when the wii boots the disc, and then you just select the game you want
