combining images PLEASE READ!!

ok i ahve a DVD loaderV7all image and MLB 07 the Show image is there a way i can combine these two images and make one image where the DVD loader boots first and then i can press like X or something to load MLB 07

What you're basically asking for is how to make a multi-game compilation using DVD-loader/CD-loader as a menu template before you access your games. There is also multi-loader with multi.xml, but I hardly know how to use that so I stuck with Cd-loader because it was more widely available and worked fairly well despite me not knowing how to customize the menu screen and such.
