As far as the software itself, are there any differences in Nero 7 Premium reloaded, reloaded, retail and the downloadable one? Any advantages between, if there is even any differences?

Hi Mangia
No diff between the retail and down loadable Nero 7.
Some stores may still sell Nero 7 before they added Reloaded (Europe et al.) or Enhanced (US) to the name but once you updated Nero to the latest it will all be the same.
