Datel Drive Doctor for Nintendo Wii running Wiinja v2 code?!

I've been reading around and it looks like, just recently, as if the Datel Drive Doctor for the Wii is capable of running the Wiinja v2 HEX code in order to allow boot of backup/homebrew games. This could be serious news for the Wii mod community because it would provide a cheap, external, non-solder solution for homebrew/backup playing. I'm not pulling this info out of thin air though, here's my sources:

EDIT: I didn't do enough background research on everything here. Turns out the Datel Drive Doctor does require some soldering. So it's not as big a deal as I originally made it out to be, but that said, this does provide a somewhat cheaper alternative to a modchip as well as opening up some other great mod potentialities.
