Wii Disc Loading Noise

I have other games copied on RiData discs and they work fine.

however, when I burned Scarface onto a MAXELL 16x DVD-R, it also worked, but the loading noise on the Wii was a lot louder and sharper than on the Ridata discs, has anybody else experienced this.

I was just wondering is it just the actual scarface game that has this loud loading? or is it because of the MAxell DVD?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. BTW I have no other DVD media atm to test.

I think it's the way Scarface loads. I have a few other titles like SSX and Res evil and and Zelda.. Scarface is hella noisy. like: "kachunk, kachunk kachooey chunk -- zip zip." The game isn't choppy by anymeans. But you have to blare the sound to ignore the noises


Especially when it is loading it kinda sounds like my wii is dying. And I tried the same disc on my friends wii. the same thing.

Unless my disc is messed up too i dunno.

I think it's too much of a coincidence though to be wrong.
