This is driving me nuts and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have previous ripped episodes from a dvd using decrypter/shrink and converted using iriverter to use on my zen vision and kept the subtitles - now I can rip/convert the video but the subtitles go away somewhere during the conversion. Is there anything simple that I can use to rip episodes (by frame/chapter) and then convert? Maybe I am missing some codecs, because I can't remember if i did this before my last install of xp.
