gta vicecity stories playstation on pc.....

I have psp emulator 'Click-2UPlaystation2Emulator.msi' and 'PCSX2_0.9.2_Setup.exe' when install them they give an error that some dll files is not in plugin directory or gs plugin is not found I could not under stand these errors .But I have another emulator psxfin.exe download from torrent site
It's possible that gta vc stories run on one of these emulator , then how. I have some other psp images which are run on psxfin.exe but ga vc stories not run.Is it require psp2 or psp3 ???????
