Installed the latest ugrade of Nero 7 . Now when I try to record video to the hard drive, the device is recognized but the buttons on Nero's virtual vcr are all grey/disabled. I cannot do a thing. Prior to this upgrade, I was able to use this feature. If this means anything I have DirectX 9.c installed and also ULead VideoStudio does indeed recognized the device and allows me to record. The device I am using is connect via firewire ( a Sony Video Walkman GV-D800 NTSC) Help appreciated
