I bought a mp4 on e bay came from china worked for a few days now cant put anything on it says format error. It is an 8gb, I read here where I should do a formatt with utilitys going thru the steps in the instructions at step 2 in utilities disk tool in the left corner I see it said 3782 mb of free space. Dont have much on it so I am guessing it is only a 4 gb for real. When I go to partition and encrypt and slide the bar all the way to the right it only says 481mb with the bar all the way to the right????..you say if it does not match what the player should be to stop and not go ahead. What do we do if it does not match? The player plays fine with what was alredy on it. Should I format anyway?
