How to Rip a DVD by Episode

I have the Seinfeld episodes on DVD and I would like to be able to use my PS3 to stream those to my TV. I have been using DVDdecrypter for other movies and creating a single VOB and it works well. Is there a way to use that program to cut a DVD up by episode so I can select each indivudal episode via the PS3 menu? Thanks

After ripping the disk, you could use DVD Shrink in 'Re-author' mode to select titles or chapters and burn them with DVD Decrypter.
Click 'Re-author', drag the title from right to left and then select the parts to backup.

Instead of ripping it to one VOB file with Decrypter you could use DVD Decrypter in IFO mode and rip the episodes into their own individual file.
