Problems with ROMS and Nintendo Wifi connection?

Recently I've found that I cannot connect to the Nintendo's Wifi connection. I have an m3 lite and i figured that they're doing something to detect rom usage, now I find that even with my actual DS carts I cannot connect. In tetris it says that I cannot connect with this wifi id. In metroid prime hunters I get a message saying it has a miscellaneous error and to call an 800 number. Is nintendo banning systems? I also have the flashme installed. Is anyone else having problems?

I was playing Mario Kart DS (actual game, not a rom) earlier on Wifi with no problems, using FlashMe.
