Hi, im new to the gamecube hacking scene. But I think that my SD Gecko is defective. I just want to make sure im right.

I loaded a Scandisc 2 Gig SD card patched with SDpatch and a save file for AR, that contains the SDload code. (Im lazy, I don't want to type it in)

I get into my Wii/Gamecube save data manager and they say:

"The object inserted in slot (A/B) can not be used."

Well I have no idea whats going on.

I brought the SD Gecko off Ebay from a guy from Michigan.

I even have the SD card formated with FAT16.

Ive tried it with:
SDpatch + Fat16 + Save file
Fat16 + Savefile

Is it simply meant to not say anything in the save data manager? Or is my SD Gecko corrupt?

Ive even tried another sort of thing, a MiniSD card with an SD Adapter.

Can anybody help me, I want to make sure its not working before I send it back and exchange it.

EDIT: I posted this in the Gamecube section about 24Hours ago. Nobody visited there since two days ago.
