Recently i have installed a new Dvd burner. Nero has a error every time version 6. the burner will make vcd's and data dvd's but will not burn AVI to dvd. I also tried different type of dvd's DVD-R DVD+R.

You have to convert the AVI file to dvd video format. Follow this guide..
