First, download and install WinRAR if you don't have it already. Next, find the file that has "xxx.RAR" (not xxx.RAR1, 2, 3, etc)
Open this, and it should show you just the iso. Drag it out or hit the extract button, and it will use the rest of the rar1, 2, etc. files to pull it out. Burn the iso.

Actually, you don't need to point to the first .rar file. Accessing any one of them will produce the same result.

I guess that was just a habit from last using WinRAR to extract dreamcast games. The main point I had was that you have to use WinRAR to extract the files, they don't just become extracted by magic.
