Error Loading Roster Files on NCAA Football 07

Hi Guys,

I'm having a heck of a time trying to load the rosters on to NCAA Football 07. I'm using the following method:

It's certainly worked before on various games but doesn't seem to want to work specifically with NCAA Football 07. It displays the saves as there but then when you try to load them gives the error "Error loading save from Memory Card in Slot 1"

Has anyone else had this issue or know of a remedy?
