Graphic glitches when playing Wii backups

On alot of my back ups, there are graphic glitches speckled across my television screen. Like pixels that are the wrong color and they are dotted all over the screen. I mean, you have to look for them to notice them, but they're there. I'm using Taiyo Yudens and Maxwells, also burning at 4x.

Are these glitches normal?
