I have a 32" 1366x768 native resolution monitor from westinghouse.
I have it connected to my PC via VGA and i already set the PC to 1280x720 Resoulution but when i view it on my monitor, the screen is missing some parts (i.e. taskbar)

how can i view 1280x720 videos on my PC via VGA to tv?
